Refund Policy
We make every effort to provide the goods you request in accordance with your demands. However, in order to ensure a swift resolution, please contact Reliance User Support within 7 days of receiving the products if you discover any of the following: (a) an incomplete order; (b) an expired product; (c) a damaged product; (d) an inaccurate product; (e) a doctor changing the prescription; or (f) a patient’s death. Please be aware that if you fail to contact us within 7 days of receipt, Reliance will not assume accountability for any delivery concerns.
Non-refundable products cannot be returned by the user; it is the user’s responsibility to determine before placing an order if the product falls under the returnable or non-returnable category.

Refund Policy Exceptions
Please be aware that the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged: Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment, and Ortho Support.
Reliance further retains the right to exclude specific products from returns (or refunds), as indicated in the relevant product pages by the statement “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”
How long will it take to Get My Refund
After we get the returned items, we try to execute your refund within 3-5 days. You may have to wait up to 14 days to get the refund, which will be issued using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. You have a legal obligation to retain the items in good condition and return them at your expense after notifying our Customer Care staff that you are returning the items.
To account for any decrease in the value of the products, we can subtract a certain amount from the return. If you handled the products carelessly and caused a loss in value, then this deduction can be the full cost of the goods.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, we must refund the entire amount you paid for the goods, including the basic delivery fee, within 14 days of receiving notification of the return or, if earlier, upon receipt of documentation proving the return.
Order Cancellation
A user may change their order before the product is shipped for delivery. Your order will be canceled right away after we get your request to do so.
